are the results more important than what you have learnt? does it mean that the exams can prove the world what you are actually capable of? i beg to differ. i dont think going to a good university is a GUARANTEE to a high pay job, is NUS not a good enough university? is a pay of less than $1500 a high pay? you tell me. im not saying studying isnt important, im not saying the results arent important, because sadly it matters, a lot. what im trying to say is what matters most is what you have learnt and that you have given your best shot, normally that would give you good results but who knows? maybe you are so unlucky that the british laydee think that your compo is total crap and decide to fail you and so unluckily you did very badly for english and what can you do?
so if you let sucha setback pull your spirit down then no matter what you do in the future you'll feel that you are unlucky and with this kind of attitude, tell me how you excel? so the bottomline is God is fair and when you loses something valuable you get something precious in return. if you dont believe that God is fair then there's actually no need for you to do anything anymore, be it studying or working cause if that's the thinking you have, you'll never be satisfied with what you have.
so im saying, you better appreciate what you have instead of complaining about your luck. luck changes but if your complaints never stop then maybe god will take what you have away from you and give it to someone who will appreciate it more.
